Wake Technical Community College welcomes the opportunity to host your event.

Wake Technical Community College allows faculty, staff, community groups, and organizations to rent or use College classrooms, laboratories, and conference rooms for academic or educational purposes when those facilities are not in use for student classes or College activities.

Academic and educational purposes include workshops, conferences, seminars, and job skills training. The College does not reserve or rent space on a continual basis, or for social or fund-raising functions.

Facilities may be reserved or rented Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. The College is closed on Sundays. Facilities will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Renters must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Wake Tech on the certificate for the event. Wake Tech can cancel an event if a Certificate of Insurance is not received by the Events Planning Coordinator's office at least one week before the event.

Fees for facility use have been established and are posted in the policy and procedures manual for Events Planning (refer to "Facility Use Fees") and on the Internet at http://events.waketech.edu.

All facility users must adhere to College rules and regulations, as posted on http://events.waketech.edu, or they will be asked to vacate Wake Tech property.

Any request to rent or use College facilities that differs from the protocol outlined above will be referred to the President or Executive Vice President of the College for a decision.
